Our story

Terra Trust's founders have been watching the world get smaller, more complex, and increasing the jeopardy of the species. Today's solutions require systemic thinking, deep partnerships, and fast action. There's a constant need for new companies, new innovations, and diverse thoughts brought to market. The problem? Fear.

In the tech world the fear comes from failure and ignorance. Imagine a world where you can minimize or be free from failure and ignorance. The opposite of fear is Trust. To accelerate the transition economy and save our species and our planet we need to accelerate Trust. We need Terra Trust.

Terra Trust is built on a set of core values that our founder lives every day. Values that have driven success in the world's largest and most complex environments. Values derived from Scouting. Values dear to what matters most in business - People.

  • Curiosity - cultivate innovation and reduce ignorance. Allowing people to question everything validates findings, uncovers unlocked innovation potential, and brings for the trust people need to be creative.
  • Freedom (to innovate and to fail) - It may sound strange but many companies can't get out of their own way to truly unlock transformative innovation. Cultivating a freedom to fail (fast and iterate) and a process around that freedom will truly transform your business and instill trust in your people.
  • Diversity in thought - Companies sometimes drive diversity for the wrong reasons.
